Sound Observation

  1. 3/18/17, 5:31 PM, gas station
  2. Farthest: a plane humming in the sky, cars passing on the road, driving through puddles
  3.  Medium: The little tv on the gas station pump, some news channel or advertisement, muffled because I am sitting in the car. Random beeping sounds.
  4. Closest: Melting snow is dropping on the windshield of the car, making a thumping sound.
  5. There is a lot of sound activity, the level is medium
  6. Home
  7. rain drops, cars splashing through puddles, the sounds of the outside being muffled from sitting in a car.

  3. Medium Range – Dishes clattering, vegetables being cut, people talking, music playing at a low volume.
  4. Closest – Eggs frying on a pan, Microwave hum, my voice singing along to the song
  5. Sound Level is moderately high and there is a moderate amount of Sound Activity

  3. Medium: More students talking, clicking of shoes on marble floors, swishing of shoes on carpet
  4. Closest: Music coming from earbuds of the person next to me, pencil smoothly writing on paper
