- February 6th, 2025 – Living room in my house
- Sounds farthest away: Light rain outside the window, cars driving by outside and water running in the upstairs shower
- Sounds medium range: My roommates teacher talking on Zoom through their computer speaker, radiator humming/whistling and music playing through my roommates phone speaker
- Sounds closet: My keyboard clicking as I type, my roommate talking to me/fidgeting their body and my own breathing
- The general sound level is quite high with many different types of sounds. Since I live with 6 other people there are sounds coming from all around the house that correlate to different activities. I am also sitting with someone so their noise level is much higher in comparison to the rest.
- One word description of the “sound environment”: lively
- Music playing in another room through a phone speaker, radiator humming and miscellaneous talking
