Chairs moving
Food being unwrapped
Keys clanging on a table nearby
Muffled talking and laughing of people in the student center
Beeping of Starbucks microwave
People talking at the table next to us

my house mates watching drag race in the living room
my house mate opening and closing the silverware drawer
someone crunching on a tortilla chip

the oven door opening
my house mate rustling around a trash bag
foot steps from people walking between the kitchen and living room
my house mates voice repeating something said on the TV

Wind blowing
Leaves rustling in the wind

A car passing by in the distance
A quick bang off in the distance, which sounds like two pieces of wood colliding
