Sounds Heard : Backround rumble, chatter from airport passengers, children crying, suitcases clicking on floor
Location: Laguardia Airport
Sounds: Muffled/incomprehensible talking, luggage banging on the escalator, the sound of the escalator moving, luggage rolling across the floor
Location: Logan Airport, Terminal C, 5:25pm
Sounds: people talking, people walking by, music playing, suitcases rolling, typing on a computer
- 2/22/17 @ 8:20AM, Boston Logan International Airport
- Farthest-An espresso machine at work, workers talking in a kitchen, quiet chatter all around, a bag falling, music and announcements overhead, a buzz of planes passing by.
- Medium-Someone zipping a bag, the crunch of plastic bags from people’s breakfasts, a man talking on the phone, someone flipping through a magazine, footsteps on the hard floored path (I can’t tell what it’s made out of), the beep of the ticket checking machine.
- Close-Women talking in a quiet voice, the lady behind me flipping the pages of a book, the sound of me typing, the sound of air being pushed out of the cushion when a man sat down, coughing
- The sound level is low, even though there is arguably a moderate amount of sound activity, most of it is low and for some reason does not echo well
- Sound Environment-‘Subdued’
- Most Essential-chatter all around, buzz of planes, music and announcements.

- Closest: People next to me talking about their trip to Miami
- Medium: Rolling suitcases, typing

Location: Outside Airport Terminal
Sounds Heard: Light Planes Departing, Doors opening/closing, Cars Passing By, and Honks
1- In the Sacramento Airport
2- People talking, zipper, baby talking, coughing, lady over the loud speaker, sniffling, sound of a rolling suitcase and its handle being extended, the unwrapping of a piece of gum (faint), foot steps.
