Journal Entry #1

  1. January 29th, 2020 @ 4:52pm in my bedroom.
  2. Cars passing by outside.
  3. Housemates talking downstairs, footsteps, cupboards opening/closing, sink running.
  4. Clock ticking, fridge running. 
  5. The sound level is quite low and overall isolated.  It’s quiet enough that I feel calm and relaxed.  The amount of sound activity is not overwhelming because I can focus on each specific sound and they don’t clash.  
  6. Peaceful.
