Sounds Heard: Birds chirping, possible owl?, some after moving (I live by the beach), something muffled?

Sounds: Footsteps, wind catching in the mic of the phone, cars passing by, birdsong, leaves rustling, a car beeping as it’s either locked or unlocked

sounds heard: hum of vent, placing of bathroom items on counter, sniffle, water running, closing and opening of medicine cabinet.
