Sound Journal
- 3/15/17, around 9 PM, walking around campus
- Farthest sound: a dog’s bark is echoing, presumably a dog on Lawrence St. It’s hard to tell if there are two dogs having a conversation or if it’s just one dog barking at itself.
- Medium: Hofstra shuttle driving around, the engine making a loud humming noise. The big wind blowing the trees around and smacking my face.
- Closest: Music coming from one of my earbuds.
- Noisy, but everything is very flat sounding. The world sounds 2-Dimensional if that makes sense.
- Spooky
- dog barking, wind rustling trees, loud humming of the shuttle.
