2. The sounds that I can hear furthest away from me are the sound coming from the television, as well as the customers talking as they are ordering their food.  Also, I can slightly hear a beeping noise coming from an appliance in the kitchen.

3. The sounds that I can hear in the medium range involve the doors being opened/closed as people are entering/leaving, and people talking to each other as they are walking in.  Moreover, I can hear the cashier’s voice as they inform the customers of the total cost of the orders.

4. The sounds closest to me are my friends talking and laughing with each other, and them sipping their beverages from their straws.  I can hear the crumbling of wrappers as we all pick up our food, bite into them, and munch on them.

5. The general sound level is moderately loud since there is a good amount of sound activity taking place throughout the building.

2. Farthest away from me, I can hear students talking and laughing with one another as they are entering HofUSA. Also, I am able to hear the shows displayed on the televisions at different volume levels in the far corners of the building.

3. In a medium range of sound, I can hear milkshakes being made and the server yelling out the menu items when some students’ orders are ready. I can hear when a student’s buzzard starts making noise, as well as them scooting their chair back in order to get up and get their food.

4. The sounds closest to me involve my friends and myself talking and laughing with each other. Also, I can sometimes hear a sipping noise when some of my friends are drinking their beverages or a munching/crunching noise when they are chewing their food. Internal sounds include me using words to ask myself when my food will be ready.

5. The general sound level is a bit noisy. There are many people at HofUSA conversing and eating, so there is a good amount of sound activity occurring. However, not as many students are here as usual due to it being a Wednesday night.

6. One word to describe the “sound environment” is “lively”.

7. Three sounds that are essential to the “sound environment” are the many conversations/laughs that are happening throughout HofUSA, the many televisions displaying different television shows at different volumes, and the server yelling to indicate when certain students’ orders were ready.
