4/25/24- Roosevelt Field Mall food court

Far Sounds: Deep Fryer, Grill Sizzling, Feet Shuffling

Medium Sounds: People talking and laughing, chairs being pushed in, conversations, people walking in groups

Close Sounds: Laughter, bags openings, eating noises, chairs being pushed in and out

The general sound level is High.

The sound environment is noisy

Three essential sounds: Talking, chairs, Grills

1. 4/28/25 – 1:07 PM – Brick Bench Outside Memorial Hall 

2. Far Sounds: I hear high-pitched beeping from a bus, a truck driving by, and someone laughing.

3. Medium Sounds: I hear bees buzzing, different birds chirping, and the leaves on trees rustling from the wind.

4. Close Sounds: I hear people talking, music playing lightly, and someone’s slide sandals brushing along the brick floor

5. The general sound level is moderate. The sound activity is continuous.

6. The sound environment is comforting.

7. Three sounds essential to the sound environment are people talking, different birds chirping, and music playing lightly.
