Location: Student Center Front Dining Room
Sounds Heard: Assorted voices and conversations, Christina talking about how she’s “not snap chatting anymore,” the kid next to us slamming down his salt and pepper, and then Christina’s plasticware falling out of her hands on to the table, the person next to us talking, me picking my phone off the table.
Location: My bathroom
Sounds: The dripping shower head. (It’s a little faint)
Location: Hallway of the 9th floor of Constitution Hall
Sounds Heard: Shower, Singing, Door opening

Location of clip: Kitchen, my house.
Sounds heard: Mom opening up the box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, ruffling the plastic bag, and pouring the cereal into the blender. The blender’s motor can then be heard, along with a cabinet door closing. The faucet is then turned on and off, followed by Mom pouring more cereal into the blender.
Location: 13th floor of Enterprise
Sounds Heard: The last scene in the movie Valentines Day, which we watched for our program on our snow day.
Location: My home on the morning of February 7th.
Sounds Heard: My footsteps in the snow, cars rushing past, keys gangling, car door opening, beeping from the car, ticking of the signal, radio, me shifting from park to drive,the brushing of my sleeves as I turn the wheel.
Location: Front St, Hempstead, NY
Sounds Featured: Footsteps in the snow, cars passing, my own breathing, the tap-tap-tapping of the microphone against my jacket
Location: The Elevator in Nassau Residence Hall
Sound Heard: A really cool new sound I found I could make using just my lips and my tongue tapping against the roof of my mouth, no air flow through the mouth is required.
Location: Vander Poel Parking Lot (10:00 pm Thursday, February 6th)
Sounds Heard: Me stomping through the frozen parking lot and getting into my little Ford Fusion. Featured sounds: My boots crunching through the icy surface of the snow, keys, car door opening and closing, the seat belt reminder, my seat belt buckling, engine starting, radio turning on.
Location: Quad outside Emily Lowe.
Sounds Heard: My footsteps through think icy snow.
