The sounds furthest away from me are cars honking and tires scraping wet pavement as they drive in the distance.
The sounds medium distance from me are the sounds of splashing and wet scratching of tires of cars passing by and the low male and female voices of audience members waiting around during intermission.
The sounds closest to me are the scratch and click of the man lighting a cigarette next to me, the air pressured release of the door opening and vaccumed thud of the door shutting behind me, and louder male and female voices of audience members.
The general sound level is low with all sounds either distanced or muffled but enough sound to fill the environment. The amount of sound activity could be described as busy but quaint.
The sound environment is muffled.
The three essential sounds to this sound environment are: the wet scratching and splashes of cars passing by on wet pavement, male and female audience members speaking low tones around me, and cars honking in the distance.
The tapping of keys on a computer keyboard, thumping on desks, pages turning in a book, two male voices
