Sounds: my manager has a little waterfall at his desk(it sounds like peeing but it isn’t) and my co-worker was trying to call another store but called the wrong number so you have the phone dial tone and the automated message.

Farthest Sounds: cars driving by, sirens, and a conversation across the street
Medium Sounds: Music from the next room and talking from outside the room
Closest Sounds: The television in the room, Super Mario Party music, and dog barking
Sound Description/ Level: Medium- Lively but winding down for the evening
Important Sounds: Super Mario Party and the television
Sounds: my car starting, car running, windows going down, and putting on my seatbelt

Location: sitting in my car on Hofstra’s Campus, Outside of Breslin
Farthest Sounds: People speaking to each other as they pass by, people watching videos on their phones as they pass by
Medium Sounds: cars driving by(the tires going over the asphalt), music blasting from cars, squeaky breaks, and horns honking(lol)
Closest Sounds: the surprisingly strong wind blowing, plants and trees rustling
Sound Description/Level: Medium. There is a lot of life going on which gives it a busier feeling but it all kind of blends in the background.
Important Sounds: The tires on the asphalt, people talking and the trees rustling from the wind.

Closest Sounds: waves crashing, seagulls being annoying, and wind blowing
Sound Description / Level: Tranquil; Peaceful. It’s calming.
Important Sounds: Waves crashing and the wind blowing.
Date: Feb. 25th at 7:00pm.
Location: my boyfriend’s bedroom near train tracks.
Far Sounds: traffic and cars speeding down the road.
Medium sounds: the train coming down the tracks.
Close Sounds: Dog barking, my boyfriend is on a conference call, phones ringing and the tv is on but the volume is low.
Sound Level: Medium
Description: Busy
Important sounds: Train coming on tracks, dog barking and multiple people talking on the conference call.
Location: driving with my windows open
Sounds heard: Cars driving over puddles, car signal, and music playing in the background
