- Sound Level/Activity: The level of sound changes depending on what’s happening, if we’re in between acts the level is higher, and if we’re in the middle of an act the level is lower. Switching. Feels both controlled and uncontrolled.

Location of the clip: Cabaret, Spiegel Theater last night.
Sounds heard in the clip: Myself explaining that it was my sister’s 20th birthday, the Cabaret audience sings “Happy birthday”.

Location: At Cabaret, in the Spiegel Theater this past Wednesday, the 17th of April.
Sounds heard in the clip: Adil Arif and Mark Perkins, the duo called “Gremlin”, singing their original song “I’m Not Gay Just a Little Bit Feminine”. Much audience laughter, hooting and hollering. The loud obnoxious one is probably me.

Location: In the Spiegel during Adil Arif’s act in Cabaret during which he showed us his hidden talent of beatboxing!
Sounds heard: We hear Adil speaking and then beatboxing, lots of “woo’s” and laughter.

1) 3/7/13, 12:43pm, Cabaret in the Spiegel Theater
2) Max Baudisch hitting a rehearsal cube, Christian Titus’s footsteps and manic yelling
3) Cackles and hyperventilating from the audience, chairs squeaking, snaps, general hubbub of many people all living/breathing in a small room (the sound of small movements and breaths).
4) My own laugh, Tanner’s loud laugh, Geena’s giggling.
5) The sound level is medium high: loud, but not overwhelming. The amount of sound activity is very high.
6) Ridiculous
7) Max, Christian, and Tanner’s overpowering laugh.
