sound that feels farthest away from me: either a party or a sports event happening down the street

medium range: plane flying overhead

sound closest to me: my strangely loud breathing; the sound of me typing; my housemate rustling around on the other side of our shared wall

sound level: it’s quiet in the sense that nothing is happening around me but loud because of what’s going on down the street

one word: awake

essential sounds: my housemate, the party, my breathing

sounds closest to me: Weights slamming, chattering, sounds of metal banging together

medium distance: pop music playing from the radio, more weights

Furthest from me: cars from outside driving by

sound level: it is pretty loud, as the weights are slamming constantly and people are talking loudly. It is pretty busy.

one word: Rough

essential sounds: the weights slamming, the music playing, the people talking to show that it is crowded
