I’ll call this recording “Opeh Yo Sessy Mouf,” because that is what our super fun hibachi chef said to some of the girls in our party.  He was a blast, and the entire group had so much fun, I had to capture it as a field recording.

Featured Sounds: The laughter of our entire table, our voices sounding in an impressed choir of “Oooo,” specific voices (one being Sophie’s), the flame bursting on our table, the general sounds of the restaurant, our fun chef entertaining us and shouting things like “FIRE MAN” when he uses a plastic toy to hose down the big fire, and his spatula and knife hitting the table.
