5- Describe the general sound level and amount of sound activity.
It’s strange. At this time of morning, it seems as though I am in a cushion of soundlessness. It is noisy far away from me, but in my immediate location, quite quiet. I would like to say this is a result of the meditation exercise; that I can calm the physical world around me with my powers of focus. But that is slightly improbable, isn’t it?

6- Assign a one word description to the “sound environment”.
Routine

7- Select and list 3 sounds which are essential to the sound environment.
• Mouth Breathing
• The Hum of Dryers
• The audience-less TV
