3- Someone else is walking upstairs about a floor above me, and opens the door to their hall

4- My footsteps echo through the stairwell as I walk upstairs, the buzzing of the fluorescent lights, my breathing in time with my steps

5- The overall sound level is very quiet. No one in the actual stairwell is making any intentional noise.
