Michelle, Journal Entry #8

1. o3/23/11, 11:45 AM, outside if Dutch Treats

2. I can hear some men working in/around Dutch yelling at each other. One of them is pushing a cart of soda and the wheels are very loud rolling on the pavement. I can hear a car horn honking somewhere behind me.

3. I can hear other people’s footsteps. I hear water dripping from the leaves.

4. I can hear my own boots pounding against the pavement. The ground is wet and sandy so there’s a sort of crunching noise when I walk. I can hear the keys in my hand jingling.

5. The sound level is loud due to the men working at Dutch.

6. Messy

7. The workers yelling, the cart rolling, my footsteps crunching
