Hofstra Drama 20 – Sound for the Theatre

Location: Breslin basement, my buddhism class

Sounds: Professor and student discussion, my quiet breathing

The sounds heard are the people talking around me, the professor attempting to talk over them.

1- 1:oo PM, 2/15/2011 in Breslin 209

2- Outside of the room, people are walking by in the halls and talking about their weekend.

3- The professor is lecturing. He has a strong Polish accent.
4- The people just behind me are talking at almost full volume
5- The sound level is mostly quiet, but it is evident that there is a sort of hum from people talking amongst themselves.
6- Distracted
7- The people talking from all three areas would need to be preserved.
