Farthest: Chatter from the other people on the other side of the train car
Medium: Sound of the train moving/wheels running along the train track. Every now and then the horn (?) of the train goes off.
Closest: At each stop the intercom system goes off announcing each stop and the destination of the train. My boyfriend listening to videos on his phone despite me telling him to put in headphones
Sound Level/Activity: The sound level was moderate. Not too loud, but not quiet either, a comfortable sound level that wasn’t too overstimulating
