1. 4:51 pm, 02/23/11, my room

2. People’s footsteps and voices and doors opening and closing in the hallway

3. The heater rumbling, my roomate listening to “Somebody to Love” and singing along, her typing on the computer

4. My sniffling, my breathing, the chair squeeking

5. The sound level is mostly quiet. There are a lot of different sounds but they’re all at a very low volume, especially as they get closer to me.

1- 1:oo PM, 2/15/2011 in Breslin 209

2- Outside of the room, people are walking by in the halls and talking about their weekend.

3- The professor is lecturing. He has a strong Polish accent.
4- The people just behind me are talking at almost full volume
5- The sound level is mostly quiet, but it is evident that there is a sort of hum from people talking amongst themselves.

7- The people talking from all three areas would need to be preserved.

Closest Sounds: Muffled television from the next room over, doors opening and closing

2- Airplane, doors opening and closing, talking, walking
3- Voices of people walking past. The benches creaking when
other use them, bird chirping

4- My own breathing, people talking right in front of me. I’m listening to. People walking past me in different types of shows.
